Today is Monday!

Ok, so we know it's not actually Monday, Let's be real. At some point we all have said "I will start fresh on Monday". Don't deny it. Whether it was to change an eating habit, quit smoking, start exercising or even just drinking more water, it is something we have either voiced or thought. Well folks, every meal is like a Monday morning. You don't need to wait until that day on the calendar! You WANT to feel great. You WANT to feel energized. You WANT to be healthy. I know these are all assumptions, but truly who doesn't?

So even though today is not Monday let's pretend it is. Whether you are reading this first thing in the morning or at the end of your day, make the shift towards your goal of how you WANT to feel. Not just today, but every single day. You got this!!

Choose something to accomplish every day and let's build from there. Write me back! I want to know how many of you have added on the 1 minute plank or watching Netflix while doing squats. Tell me about your small victories please! I want to congratulate you personally!
