Still wearing the elastic waistbands? I had great feedback from my last set of tips so I decided to share some more! We will get you ready for pool/beach season!!

Let's get real for a second. Belly fat isn't just about getting those jeans to close. Belly fat is linked to an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, and even breast cancer in women! So let's take some simple and easy steps to shed the belly fat TODAY!

1.Eliminate After Dinner Eating with this tweak...

Teeth whitening strips! Yep, you read that right. Perfect way to keep your mouth busy without ingesting food, plus you will look amazing!

2.Coloring Books

Yes, I know you are not 5 years old (safe assumption). Coloring is so zen. It's the perfect way to keep you busy and your mind off food.

3.Hold the Bread!

Love a juicy burger? How about Taco Tuesday? Still totally doable. Just sub out the bread/tortilla with a nice, crisp lettuce wrap. I love Bibb lettuce for this.

4.Double the Veggies

Going out to eat and want to make your meal a bit more calorie-friendly? Tell them to hold the starch and double up on whatever veggie came with your entree. The veggie is always the best part anyway - hello brussel sprouts!!

5.Start your Meal with Water

Honestly, so often we think we are hungry when we are really thirsty. At the first sign of hunger have a glass of water and wait 20 minutes to see if you are actually hungry. If you are then have another full glass of water with your meal. It will help fill you up and slow you down since you will be sipping throughout your meal.
